Every day we choose three starters, three main courses and three desserts which will be indicated on our menu with red dots «Screen Shot 2015-12-01 at 15.07.41». These dishes make up our choices for the set menu. These suggestions are served exactly the same as those of the menu.

Fishing is hunting. We constantly search for the highest quality products, and as such, some days some of our menu items may not be available. A simple phone call will confirm the presence or absence of one of our dishes.

David Hervé Oysters at La Cagouille

Hailing from the Charantes region, we naturally offer oysters from Marennes-Oléron, the most famous oyster producing region. For almost twenty years now, David Hervé, one of the great names from the world of oyster farmers, has provided us with the best of his oysters. His family business, established in 1939 on the banks of the Seudre, manages all the oyster beds in Marennes, La Tremblade and Brambles les Bains.
